This website is a purely informational site. It sets no cookies, embeds no third-party content (no external fonts, maps, videos or scripts), uses no analytics or tracking tools, and contains no contact form.

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The host processes the data arising when the website is accessed on my behalf as a processor, under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Server log files

Each time this website is accessed, the host automatically collects information transmitted by your browser and stores it in server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• name and URL of the file retrieved
• volume of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval
• browser type and version, operating system
• referrer URL, where transmitted

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the technically faultless operation and security of the website and in defending against attacks. This data is not merged with other data sources and is not evaluated for marketing purposes. Log files are rotated automatically by the host and are generally deleted after a few weeks.

4. Contacting me

If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your enquiry) in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, based on my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Your data is deleted once it is no longer required for that purpose.

This website is delivered over a TLS-encrypted connection (HTTPS), recognisable by the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.

6. No cookies, no tracking

No cookies are set, no local storage is used, no analytics or audience measurement services are employed, and no resources are loaded from third-party servers. Consent (a cookie banner) is therefore not required.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have the right at any time to:

• access to the data processed about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

An informal message to calin@calin.de is sufficient to exercise these rights.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden, Germany.
